About the Role
You'll be our logistics leader and doer - establishing infrastructure, managing logistics operations, and supporting freight revenue. We want you to build the systems that help us dominate freight for manufacturers.
What You’ll Take On
Owning end-to-end freight operations - scheduling pickups, coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, solving real-time problems
Building carrier networks from scratch - establishing and maintaining relationships with carriers, brokers, and co-brokering partners to scale capacity
Sourcing and negotiating competitive quotes across multiple modes and lanes - this directly impacts our customer value proposition
Setting up operational infrastructure - the systems, processes, and partnerships that let us scale (and that engineering will eventually automate)
Managing day-to-day logistics for live customer shipments - real transactions, real accountability
What You Have
Experience:
7-10 years in freight wearing many hats - sales, operations, management, and everything in between
Proven track record pushing several million in freight volume
Deep expertise as a freight broker, moving LTL, FTL, drop ships, trailers, and the full spectrum of dry freight
Existing industry relationships - carriers, brokers, or shippers who will take your call and work with you
Know how to build infrastructure, not just manage existing systems
Mindset:

Comfort operating in the unknown and building from scratch
